I am a veteran and was exposed to toxic substances during my deployment 50+ years ago. I never availed myself of the VA services, but cannot express how angry I am with those senators who voted against the TEF. Heartless, cruel, a betrayal of our values.
How about an article against the powerful plastics industry?
Myself, I was former D1 athlete and in great health, but somehow a couple of years ago, I found myself getting up at least once a night to urinate. It got pretty bad,
Then I saw an infomercial from a fellow sufferer. It is the nano-particles of plastics in bottled water, or other liquids in plastic containers, or food.
I immediately went to tap water to drink (very safe where I reside), and within 2 months I sleep great at night, and my prostrate feels normal again.
Plastics don't cleanse from the body, they accumulate over time.
I am old enough to remember life without plastics touching food or drink, except glad or saran wrap for food put in a porcelein bowl in the fridge. No plastics.
Great article. I appreciate how you put the data in the tables together to paint the story. This is not how we care for our neighbors.

Yikes.
